This page lists every part of wovenpaw.shop in one place: the product collections, the help pages and the store policies. Use it when the menu does not show what you need, when you are on a small screen and want an overview, or when you are looking for one specific rule, such as how long you have to return an item. The list just below updates automatically as collections and pages change; the guide after it explains what you will find in each section and which page answers which question.

How the store is organised

Woven Paw sells embroidered pet apparel and accessories. Everything in the shop sits in one of six collections, and every product belongs to exactly one of them. Within each collection you will find two kinds of products. Finished designs, such as a paw print, a peeking puppy or a cat face, ship as shown in the Color and size you choose. Custom pieces are stitched from a photo of your own dog or cat that you email us after checkout. There are five custom pieces in total: a polo, a crewneck sweatshirt, a hoodie, a t-shirt and a dad hat. Their names all start with “Custom Pet Face”.

If you want to see everything at once, open Shop all. It lists all products and lets you sort them, for example by price. If you already know what kind of garment you want, start from its collection.

Finding the right product page

Each product page shows the price, the available Colors and sizes, a description of where the embroidery sits, care guidance and the shipping and returns summary. On the five custom pieces, the page also shows the Pets option (one face or two), a field for your pet’s name (up to 12 characters, optional) and a field for markings we should keep (up to 140 characters, optional), plus a checkbox confirming you will email your pet photo after checkout. The pet name appears on the product photo as a preview while you type.

A few tips for moving around quickly:

  • Use the search icon in the header and type a garment (“hoodie”, “beanie”) or a design word (“paw”, “cat”).
  • Product pages link back to their collection in the breadcrumb line above the title.
  • Your cart is always one click away from the header; the Cart page shows every item with its options before you check out.
  • If you have an account, the My account page lists your past orders and saved addresses.

Choosing between a finished design and a custom piece

Not sure which kind of product suits you? A finished design is quicker to decide on: what you see on the product page is what arrives, and there is no photo to send. A custom piece takes one more step, but it carries your own pet. Remember that embroidery simplifies a photo into the face shape, the main fur colours and one or two signature markings, so expect a stitched look rather than a photographic one. The crewneck and hoodie give a portrait the most room; the tee chest and the cap front are smaller, so the rendering there is simpler. With 2 Pets, each face is stitched smaller. The FAQs cover these points with examples.

Custom orders, step by step

If you are here for a stitched portrait of your own pet, these are the pages you will touch, in order:

  1. Choose one of the five custom pieces from Polos, Sweatshirts & Hoodies, Tees or Hats & Beanies. Each name starts with “Custom Pet Face”.
  2. Pick Color, size (not needed for the dad hat) and Pets: 1 Pet, or 2 Pets for two faces side by side, which adds $15 to the price shown.
  3. Type your pet’s name if you want it stitched, add a markings note if a detail matters, and tick the photo checkbox.
  4. Check out. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
  5. Email one or two clear, front-facing daylight photos to support@wovenpaw.shop with the order number in the subject.
  6. If the photo is too dark or blurry, we ask for another. We do not send a proof before production, so the photo and the text you typed are what we stitch from.
  7. Your order is prepared in 1-3 business days from the day we have a usable photo, then ships free from the USA.

Spotted a typo, such as BISCUT instead of BISCUIT? Email us within 24 hours of ordering; the Cancel or Change an Order page explains what can still be changed.

Shopping for a gift

If you are buying for someone else and do not have a photo of their pet, start with the finished designs: the Loungewear and Accessories collections contain only finished designs, and so do most items in the other collections. One-size pieces such as caps, the beanie, the tote, the apron and the scarf avoid the size question altogether. If the gift is for a specific date, read Shipping & Delivery first and allow 1-3 business days for preparation plus 7-14 business days in transit; if the date is close, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

Shopping from Canada, Australia or New Zealand

We ship free to all four countries we sell to, and the same pages apply wherever you are. Prices are in US dollars, and your card provider converts them into your currency. Parcels outside the United States can take the full 14 business days in transit, and the destination country may apply import duties or taxes depending on its rules. The Payment Methods and Shipping & Delivery pages explain both points in more detail.

Your account pages

An account is optional; you can check out as a guest. If you create one, the My account area gives you your order list with each order’s status, the details of every past order including the Color, size and pet name you chose, your saved billing and shipping addresses, and a page to change your password. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the login form; we never ask for passwords by email.

About us and getting in touch

Our About Us page explains who we are and how we approach embroidery honestly: a stitched portrait is a simplified rendering of your photo, not a photo-real copy. If you cannot find an answer anywhere on the site, email support@wovenpaw.shop. We are an email-only store and reply within 24 hours on business days. Our address is Woven Paw, 13 Fern Place, Mandeville, LA 70471, US.

A typical path through the site

Here is how one customer, Dana, moved through the store when ordering a sweatshirt with her border collie’s face. She opened Sweatshirts & Hoodies, compared the custom crewneck with the custom hoodie and read the Size Guide with a sweatshirt she already owned laid flat beside her. She checked the FAQs about which photo to send, chose Heather Grey in size M, typed MILO in the name field and watched it appear on the preview. After checkout she emailed two daylight photos with her order number in the subject. A week later she used Order Tracking to see the status. Every step she needed is linked from this page.

Caring for your piece after it arrives is covered on each product page: in short, wash inside out on cool, keep the iron off the stitching, spot clean caps and dry knits flat. If a stitch ever loosens, trim it rather than pull it, and send us a photo if you think something is wrong; the Returns & Exchanges Policy explains what happens next.

Accessibility and reading on small screens

The site is built so that the menu, product options and help pages work on mobile devices as well as on larger screens. If anything on a page is hard to read or use with your device or assistive technology, tell us which page and what happened. We will fix what we can and, in the meantime, answer your question by email so you are not stuck.

When pages change

New products and collections appear in the list at the top of this page automatically. When a policy changes, its “Last updated” date changes too, and the version that applied when you placed your order is the one used for that order. If you saved or printed a policy page earlier and are unsure whether it still applies, email us with the date you saved it.
